• Escrow Protection: Funds for bookings are held in escrow until both parties confirm the meeting.
• Server-Side Encryption: All data is encrypted in storage and transit; while not end-to-end encrypted, our security team strictly controls access.
• Human Support: Our compliance and support teams review disputes, high-risk activity, and safety reports promptly.
• Behavior Monitoring: AI-driven and manual reviews help detect harassment, scams, or prohibited behavior.

2) Member Responsibilities

• Respect Boundaries: All interactions must be consensual and respectful.
• Use the Platform Only: Arrange meetings and payments exclusively within the Platform; off-platform deals void protection and may lead to account suspension.
• Honest Communication: Provide accurate information in your profile and during chats or bookings.
• Report Issues Promptly: Use in-app tools or support to report harassment, suspicious behavior, or policy violations.

3) Prohibited Behaviors

• Offering or soliciting sexual services, escorting, or adult content.
• Harassment, threats, stalking, or any non-consensual behavior.
• Discrimination, hate speech, or abusive language.
• Sharing explicit or inappropriate media.
• Attempting to bypass the Platform to avoid fees.
• Fraud, scams, or laundering activities.

4) Tips for Safer Interactions

• Keep Conversations On-Platform: This ensures your chats are monitored for safety and compliance.
• Verify Plans Clearly: Use the booking and escrow system for clarity and protection.
• Meet in Public First: For your first meeting, choose a public place where you feel comfortable.
• Share Location: Inform a trusted friend of your meeting details and location.
• Trust Your Instincts: If something feels wrong, cancel the meeting and report the situation.

5) Reporting & Support

We take safety concerns seriously. You can:

• Use the in-app Report feature to flag behavior or content.
• Contact our support team for urgent issues.
• For emergencies or immediate danger, contact local law enforcement.

6) Enforcement & Consequences

Violating these guidelines may result in:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
• Forfeiture of any non-withdrawn balances or tokens as allowed by law.
• Referral to law enforcement for serious or criminal behavior.
