Fuchsia is a high-end matchmaking and companionship platform for verified adults. It is not an escort service and it does not allow sexual services or explicit content. Everything here is built for real meetings, clear expectations, and protected time.

Create your account
Register and complete your profile. Most fields are optional, but filling them out helps other members understand you and match with you more accurately. The whole setup takes less than five minutes, and a high quality profile makes you noticeably more attractive and memorable inside the community.

Bank-level verification
Pass bank-level identity and age verification. This one-time review removes fake profiles, bots, and high-risk accounts, so the community stays selective, discreet, and safe.

Send a Date Request
After account approval, you can explore verified members and choose someone you would genuinely like to meet. When you are ready, you send a Date Request. In your request, select the date, the duration, and the meeting location. We strongly recommend public venues for first meetings, such as a well-known café, restaurant, or hotel lobby. Public settings create comfort, safety, and a better first impression for both sides. Take a moment to describe your idea for the date and your expectations in a clear, respectful way. The more specific and thoughtful you are, the easier it is for the other person to understand your intention and say yes with confidence. This step prevents misunderstandings and keeps the experience aligned with what both of you want.

Optional time offer
If you wish, you can add an optional offer for the host’s time, capped at €150. This offer is strictly for companionship and time. It is not for sexual services, escorting, or any adult content. It is simply a respectful way to value someone’s time within a matchmaking experience. Fuchsia is matchmaking only.

The invited member decides
The invited member may start a chat with you, then accept or decline your request. They can also suggest edits to your date details. If they do, you will see the updated request and must review and approve it before anything becomes final. All confirmations happen inside Fuchsia.

Fund escrow and confirm
Once the request is accepted, the plan becomes a confirmed booking. If you included an offer, you fund escrow using Internal Fuchsia coins. also you can pay in cash on date but we strongly not recommend it. Funds stay locked in neutral hold until the date is completed.

Ticket issued
Both members receive the confirmed date details and a unique Fuchsia ticket. This ticket is your proof of a real on platform booking.

Meet and verify
At the meeting, the host shows their ticket and the guest verifies it in app. Once verified, the date is officially marked as completed.

Escrow release and disputes
If no dispute is opened within 24 hours after completion, escrow releases automatically to the host’s balance. If something goes wrong, a dispute can be filed within 72 hours. Support reviews on platform evidence and may release, split, or return funds based on policy.

Feedback and trust signals
After every date, both members leave private feedback on the overall experience, including behavior and presentation. Repeated high risk patterns are flagged and date counts remain visible to protect the community.

Withdraw earnings
Earnings from confirmed dates or gifts become withdrawable balance. You can request a payout to your preferred method (in crypto), typically USDT to your personal wallet, subject to compliance checks.
Fast Date and Request and Bid
Want more flexibility? Post your own plan or event and let verified members send offers to join you. You chat, pick one, confirm the terms, and escrow protects the booking in the same way, with ticket verification and clear rules.
Fuchsia only supports and protects dates that are confirmed and paid inside the platform. Off platform agreements or payments are not covered.

- Are you an escort platform?

No. Fuchsia is a verified matchmaking platform. We do not provide or facilitate sexual services, escorting, or adult content. All interactions must comply with law and our Community Guidelines.
- Are you a blockchain app?

No. We are not a crypto project. We use USDT on Polygon purely as a reliable payment rail for escrow and settlements.
- What does “fixed-price Tokens” mean?

Tokens are internal-use credits at a fixed price shown in-app. They are not tradable on exchanges, do not track market prices, and exist only inside Fuchsia.
- Can I withdraw Tokens I purchase myself?

No. Purchased Tokens are one-way in for in-app use only and can’t be withdrawn or converted. Only Tokens you receive from other members (e.g., after a completed booking) may become withdrawable balance.
- How do I earn?

When a booking completes and both sides confirm, escrow releases to the recipient as “Received Tokens.” Those convert to Eligible Proceeds, which you can withdraw in your preferred method, subject to compliance checks.
- What are the payout requirements?

For USDT, use a wallet you control; addresses are screened and Travel Rule info may be required. For EU IBAN, the bank account must be in your name. Fees, minimum thresholds, and holding periods may apply.
- Why is there a monthly fee?

The €60 membership funds what “free” apps skip: manual KYC/AML, escrow infrastructure, dispute handling, privacy tooling, and concierge support.
- Does the membership auto-renew?

Yes. Your subscription auto-renews until you cancel in Settings or via your app store (if purchased there).
- Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the term begins, except where consumer law requires (e.g., EU/UK 14-day cooling-off; pro-rata may apply if service already started). Token purchases for digital use are final.
- Why does registration take time?

We manually verify each applicant to reduce fake/underage profiles and risk. Expect status updates; quality beats speed.
- How does escrow work?

Escrow holds the funds/Tokens until both parties confirm completion, or support resolves a dispute per policy. No off-platform settlement for on-platform bookings.
- What is the dispute window?

Open a booking dispute within 72 hours of the relevant event. Provide a clear timeline and evidence (chat excerpts, screenshots, attachments).
- What is “Blind Match”?

It’s an optional, privacy-first match flow where profiles remain discreet until both sides agree to reveal. All normal rules (escrow, compliance) still apply.
- What is “Request & Bid”?

Members can post a request and receive offers. An offer is not a booking until escrow is funded and terms are confirmed in-app.
- Do you publish meeting prices?

No. Individual meeting pricing is private between members. Membership terms and settlement mechanics are shared with approved members.
- Which regions are supported first?

We start in Central & Eastern Europe (AT, DE, CZ, PL, HU, RO, SK, IT) and then expand across the EU.
- How are high-value payouts handled?

They receive human review for safety and compliance. Most payouts clear quickly; complex cases get concierge support.
- Do you run criminal background checks?

Beyond identity/sanctions checks (KYC/AML), we do not routinely run criminal background checks. Always follow our Safety Tips and use judgment.
- What content or conduct is prohibited?

Sexual services, explicit content, harassment, fraud, trafficking, hate speech, doxxing, scams, unsafe behavior, and attempts to evade escrow/fees are strictly prohibited.
- Can I settle off-platform to save fees?

No. Off-platform settlement for on-platform bookings is a breach and may lead to suspension and forfeiture.
- What happens if I file a chargeback?

Improper chargebacks violate the Terms and may lead to suspension, set-off, and recovery of fees.
- How is my privacy protected?

We implement discreet profiles, encrypted messaging, granular visibility controls, and GDPR/DSGVO-aligned data practices. See our Privacy Notice for details.
- How do I report illegal content or a safety issue?

Use the contact form and choose the correct category: “Illegal Content (DSA)” or “Safety & Conduct.” Provide links, details, and required declarations. For emergencies, contact local authorities.
- How do I make a GDPR request?

Use the contact form (Privacy/GDPR). Choose access, rectification, erasure, etc., and include identity verification to help us process your request.
- What if my account becomes inactive?

Accounts with no activity for 365 days may be deemed dormant. We may close dormant accounts per law; unused purchased Tokens may be forfeited.
- Why do you give extra membership days instead of a free trial?

Because payments are crypto-based, we can’t operate like traditional card processors. Instead of a free trial, we add extra access days to your membership every month as a loyalty benefit.
- How are Tokens priced?

Tokens have a fixed in-app price. Every 10 Tokens equal 1 USD / 1 USDT. They do not change with crypto market fluctuations.
- Do Tokens have conversion rates?

No. Tokens are purchased directly at fixed value inside the app. There is no conversion spread. Any applicable VAT will be added at checkout as required by your region.
- Are Tokens cryptocurrencies?

No. Tokens are internal credits with fixed value. They are not crypto assets, not redeemable for cash if purchased, and cannot be traded on any exchange.
- What is membership used for?

Membership unlocks the verified member area and core platform features. Internal Tokens are used for gifts, boosting your profile, and funding escrow for confirmed dates.
- Do I have to include a financial offer in a Date Request?
-
No. On Fuchsia, any financial offer is always optional. If you choose to include one, the amount is fully your decision, up to a maximum equivalent of €150. No offer is ever required to meet someone.
- What does KYC verification include?

Verification includes uploading a valid government ID, taking a live selfie, providing proof of residence matching your personal details, and phone number verification.
- How does AML screening work?

AML checks are based on your transaction flow and compliance rules. For details on how screening works and what may be required, please read the Terms & Conditions.
- How long does verification take?

Verification is usually completed in under 1 hour during working hours. Outside working hours it’s typically under 12 hours.
- Is verification mandatory?

Yes. Verification is required to purchase membership and use platform features. If verification fails, you cannot subscribe or perform activity on Fuchsia.
- If my account is blocked, can I apply again?

Yes. If your account is blocked for security reasons, you may submit a new application. Approval depends on successful verification and compliance review.
- What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

Minimum withdrawal depends on the cryptocurrency and network you choose. For most supported coins, the minimum is around $10 (or the equivalent in that currency). Check the Wallet page for exact limits.
- How long do withdrawals take?

Most withdrawal requests begin processing within 24 hours. In rare cases it can take longer due to blockchain congestion, network confirmation delays, or compliance review.
- Which coins and networks can I withdraw to?

Supported coins and networks are shown inside your Wallet page. You can choose the withdrawal network and coin method there before confirming your payout.
- Are there withdrawal limits?

Yes. Limits may apply depending on compliance rules, risk signals, or network conditions. Please see the Terms & Conditions for the current withdrawal limits.
- What are your cancellation rules?

Cancellation rules depend on the booking state and both members’ agreement. If both sides agree to cancel, there is typically no penalty beyond a platform fee deduction (usually 5–10%). Full details are in the Terms & Conditions.
- What if I need to cancel last-minute for an emergency?

For emergency cancellations, contact Support immediately. We will review the case and help resolve it fairly based on evidence and policy.
- How do disputes work?

You can open a dispute from the Date menu, the other member’s profile, or the contact form. Describe what happened clearly and attach any screenshots or recordings. Support will review the evidence and follow up as fast as possible, but exact timing depends on case complexity.
- How do appeals work?

If you disagree with a moderation or dispute outcome, you can appeal by sending your objection and any supporting proof to Support. Every appeal receives human review.
- What is the Date Ticket and how is it used?

After both sides confirm a date and escrow is funded, a Date Ticket is issued to the host. At arrival, the guest scans the ticket, checks details, and both members verify each other’s identity. Please follow our Safety page for guidance.
- Can Fuchsia share my live location?

Not currently. Since Fuchsia runs on the web, live location sharing is not available yet. We plan to add stronger safety tools in future updates.
- Where can I set up emergency contacts?

Emergency contact tools and safety settings are available in your dashboard under Settings → Safety.
- Can I block someone?

Yes. If you do not have an open match or active date with someone, you can block them anytime from their profile.
- What if I have an open date and want to block?

If you have an active/open booking, blocking must follow the cancellation rules and both members’ agreement described in the Terms & Conditions.
- Which regions does Fuchsia focus on?

Fuchsia supports international use, with early focus on Austria, Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, and other EU countries.
- Can I use Fuchsia while traveling?

Yes. You can use Fuchsia while traveling and view members nearby. Your nationality and home country remain visible to prevent fake location claims.
- Do you restrict VPN use?

No. We currently do not have VPN restrictions. However, location misrepresentation is still a violation of the rules.
- What happens if I delete my account with remaining balance?

If you have a withdrawable balance, please withdraw it first. After that, you can request deletion under Settings. Your data will be removed automatically according to GDPR/DSGVO.
