Fuchsia Risk Management, Safety & Compliance Framework

This Risk Management, Safety & Compliance Framework (“Risk Framework”) explains how Fuchsia identifies, assesses and mitigates the key risks associated with our high-end, matchmaking and companionship platform for verified selectives. It complements and does not replace our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy and Safety & Community Guidelines. If there is a conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail.

Fuchsia is a privacy-first, curated community operated by Knightify FlexCo (Vienna, Austria) or other Fuchsia entities depending on your country of residence. Fuchsia is not an escorting, prostitution or adult-content platform. We facilitate intentional, respectful in-person connections between verified selectives using structured requests, Commitment Deposits, escrow and safety tooling – never the sale of sexual services.

  • Safety by design. Safety is not an add-on. It is embedded in every core flow: high-end onboarding, strict KYC/identity verification, structured Request & Bid and Blind Match, Commitment Deposits held in escrow, QR ticket and in-person identity checks, and layered reporting and safety tools including Trusted Contact & Safe-Word.
  • Accountability over anonymity. All Members are verified selectives. Commitment Deposits, escrow and QR-based check-in create accountable behaviour and dramatically reduce ghosting and last-minute cancellations, while sanctions screening, transaction monitoring and jurisdictional controls protect against AML/CTF and sanctions risk.
  • Transparency & proportionality. We communicate clearly what Fuchsia is and is not, how tokens, escrow and payouts work, and how we process your data. Controls scale with risk: for example, higher-risk jurisdictions, payment patterns or payout volumes may trigger enhanced checks or temporary freezes.

This Risk Framework applies to all Fuchsia features and flows: membership & onboarding, Request & Bid and Blind Match, Commitment Deposits and meeting escrow, QR ticket validation and identity checks, Trusted Contact & Safe-Word and safety alerts, token purchase and conversion, stablecoin payouts via licensed CASPs/VASPs only, and all data processing and analytics performed on the platform.

Key risk areas & control environment

We group Fuchsia’s main risks into several categories. For each category we define the risk, the key controls we apply, and the residual risk that cannot be eliminated and therefore must be accepted and understood by Members when they use the platform.

Identity & access risk. All Members must be 18+ and pass identity verification, including document checks and sanctions/PEP screening. Fuchsia uses an high-end onboarding process, strict vetting, anti-bot protections, secure session handling and behaviour monitoring to reduce fake accounts and bots. A booking is considered accepted only when the QR ticket is scanned on-site and the counterpart’s identity is visually confirmed. Some identity risk remains, so Members must exercise judgment and use safety tools.

Community conduct & content risk. Fuchsia enforces Safety & Community Guidelines that prohibit harassment, hate speech, abusive behaviour, illegal activity and the use of Fuchsia as an escort or adult-content service. Reports are reviewed by a human safety and compliance team, with enforcement options including warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, account termination and, where legally required, escalation to competent authorities.

Product & matching risk. Features like Request & Bid, Blind Match and Commitment Deposits are designed to signal seriousness and reduce ghosting, not as a mechanism to pay for sexual services. We provide clear, non-technical explanations in-app and in our legal documentation. Recommender systems and ranking are helper tools only; they cannot guarantee compatibility, outcome or “chemistry”, and Members always choose whom to meet.

Financial, token & escrow risk. Fuchsia uses a closed-loop token model. Purchased Tokens are one-way in and non-redeemable; they are internal credits only. Earned Tokens (e.g. from eligible meetings) may be converted to Eligible Proceeds subject to compliance checks, travel-rule requirements and the Terms. All meeting-related funds are held in escrow until conditions are met. We maintain a chargeback and reversal policy, and we may set off amounts against balances or future earnings where necessary to cover fraud, fees or losses.

AML/CTF & sanctions risk. Fuchsia operates a documented AML/CTF programme under EU and Austrian law with a designated MLRO. This includes customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence where warranted, sanctions and PEP screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, geo-blocking or feature limitations for high-risk jurisdictions, and the ability to freeze tokens or proceeds and file suspicious activity reports when required by law.

Data protection & cybersecurity risk. We process personal data according to GDPR/DSGVO, with clear legal bases, retention periods and data subject rights. We apply technical and organisational measures such as encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, logging and secure development practices. Cookies are managed through a dedicated Cookie Policy, with only essential cookies active by default and analytics conditional on consent.

Physical safety & in-person meeting risk. Fuchsia cannot remove all risk from offline meetings, but we design for safety: Commitment Deposits and escrow create accountable behaviour; the QR ticket and identity check reduce impersonation; Trusted Contact & Safe-Word and safety alerts allow Members to share live safety information with a trusted person; and we provide clear guidance to meet in public places and contact local authorities in emergencies. After QR validation, the meeting itself is outside Fuchsia’s direct control and our liability is limited as described in the Terms.

Legal, regulatory & reputational risk. Fuchsia’s legal documentation is designed to comply with EU consumer protection, digital content and platform rules, and to reflect the true nature of the service. We explicitly and repeatedly state that Fuchsia is not an escort platform. We continuously monitor regulatory developments in payments, crypto-assets, sanctions and digital services and may adapt features, access or terms to remain compliant.

“Fuchsia was built on a simple idea: your time, safety and dignity are non-negotiable. Every design decision – from high-end onboarding and strict verification to Commitment Deposits and trusted safety alerts – exists to create a safer, more intentional space for verified selectives to meet.”

Fuchsia Team – Safety, Compliance & Experience

No framework can eliminate risk completely. By using Fuchsia you acknowledge these residual risks and agree to follow our Terms, Safety & Community Guidelines and this Risk Framework. Your own behaviour – including how you share information, where you meet, who you trust and how quickly you report concerns – remains a crucial layer of protection.

Governance, member responsibilities & incident handling

Fuchsia’s Executive Team sets overall risk appetite and approves key policies. A designated Money-Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) oversees AML/CTF and sanctions controls. Security and Engineering implement technical safeguards. Safety & Support teams handle user reports and operational incidents. A Data Protection Officer/GDPR contact manages privacy obligations. Policies and controls are reviewed regularly and may be updated as product, regulation or risk exposure evolves.

Members share responsibility for risk management. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, use Fuchsia’s escrow and booking flows (not off-platform deals), respect boundaries and consent, configure and use safety features where appropriate, and report violations or suspicious behaviour promptly. Breaches of these duties may result in feature restrictions, suspension, termination, forfeiture or set-off of balances and, where required, reporting to competent authorities.

If you experience or suspect a safety, fraud or compliance issue, please use the in-app report function or the contact details on our Contact page. In urgent situations or where you are in physical danger, always contact local law enforcement first. Fuchsia is not an emergency service, but we will cooperate with competent authorities within the framework of applicable law.

This Risk Framework is a living document. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated. Continued use of Fuchsia after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Framework. If you have questions, please contact us through the channels listed in the app or on fuchsia.one.

Everything you need to understand Fuchsia’s risk posture

This page provides a consolidated overview of the risks inherent in using Fuchsia, the controls we apply, the residual risks that remain and the responsibilities we expect from our Members. It is written in accessible language and is intended to be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy and Safety & Community Guidelines.

A high-end, high-end community can only thrive when risk is managed actively and transparently. By taking identity verification seriously, treating safety as a non-negotiable foundation, investing in AML/CTF and data protection, and sharing responsibility with our Members, Fuchsia aims to create a safer, more intentional and more respectful environment for modern companionship.
